Keep Blinking/Refreshing page after second login.

Hi Mates, 
Could everybody help me to solve my issue, iam using ReactJs with 1 Public Client as a WEB, and multiple private clients as a BackendServices.
In My first attempt logging in, it works sucessfully, but not when i logout then relogin again.
the page keep refreshing kc-callback. I Wonder if theres any error or cookies prohibited.
