admin console not loading

Keycloak is stuck in a loop after attempting to load admin console. Only seeing spinning, blue graphic and below the message "Loading the admin console". Not seeing any apparent error messages. This keycloak 20.0.1 on Ubuntu 22.04 with Postgres as the database.

Using dns hostname as opposed to ip or localhost works.
