My company uses the Keycloak to mange the authentication of our accounts. I forgot My pass and I am trying to reset it so I pressed forgot pass from the login panel and moved to the forgot pass panel and entered my email address and submit but it keeps giving me the message "
We are sorry...Failed to send email, please try again later". I tried many times and the same message.
I urgently need to login to access my resources. So, Please I need to know how can I solve this problem.
