Can not reset My Password

Hi,
I forgot my password and I am trying to reset it. So, I press forgot-password from the login panel and moved to forgot your password page I entered my mail and I am sure that the mail is registered but I got " We are sorry...Failed to send email, please try again later" I keep doing it many times and got the same result. So, Please i need to solve that issue as soon as possible to access my resources.

My company uses the Keycloak to mange the authentication of our accounts. I forgot My pass and I am trying to reset it so I pressed forgot pass from the login panel and moved to the forgot pass panel and entered my email address and submit but it keeps giving me the message " We are sorry...Failed to send email, please try again later". I tried many times and the same message. 
I urgently need to login to access my resources. So, Please I need to know how can I solve this problem.
