New user trying to use Keycloak to authenticate Zendesk

Hi team,

I am a small IT consultant and I have a KeyCloak installed on docker compose in a server, I would like to use it as SSO for my users in my Zendesk, I am not so able with SSOs to make it happen without help, please, there is some tutorial or easier guidance to let me make it to work?

Hi team, 

I moved from SAML to OIDC and its working well! I am able to authenticate users populated in Keycloak to Zendesk but for some reason when I logout Zendesk, it do not logout session on Keycloak, a tutorial is yet needed :/

I also not able to handle it using external auth like Microsoft Social Login. 

Just to let it registered if someone have experience with Zendesk or also faces same challenge and would like to make it work together :)
