How to use "User Session Note" mapper ?

to Keycloak User

Hi All

we have 3 mappers defined in all our clients:
Client IP Address, Client Host, and Client ID

their definition is as follows:

type: "User Session Note"
User Session Note: clientAddress/clientHost/clientid (only 1 of them)
Token Claim Name: clientAddress/clientHost/clientid (only 1 of them)
Json Type: String
Add to ID token: ON
Add to access token: ON

But we don't get any of those mapper's data into the access token.

i don't see too much information about this online.

can someone tell us what we need to do in order for those mappers to work?
or what is this "User Session Note" ?
