kcadm cli command for keycloak client-scopes creation

i want kcadm cli command to create a client-scope with new mapper configured. i got the command to create client-scopes (kcadm.sh create client-scopes -r prod -s name=audience2 -s protocol=openid-connect), but need to configure new mappers and settings for the client-scope using cli.
