The version of Keycloak you are running is unsupported by the team, if you want to report an issue you should do so by using the latest version of Keycloak, and by following the instructions for reporting on
our community page. Your issue will then be triaged by the team and prioritized, but we make no guarantees about any timelines as Keycloak is an open-source project run by community members and various employees of different companies contributing to its codebase, so their priorities might not align with yours necessarily.
The fastest way to resolve this issue fast would be to volunteer an engineer to work on fixing the reported bug upstream, for relatively simple bug fixes the turnaround on reviews is generally pretty fast.
Note that there is no 'support team' in the classical sense due to the open-source nature of the projects. If you are looking for commercial support there are various offerings based on Keycloak from reputable companies.
