Keycloak Ldap password Policies ignored

Hello my friends

Im trying to use keycloak password policies in order to control my ldap users, for example, defining the "Not Recently Used *" to them cannot reuse the old passwords.

But when I apply this policy, the users keep continue able to reuse older passwords.

What im doing/thinking bad?

Only password changes done via keycloak would be affected, if the users can use other ways to change the password, then you are out of luck.
