Declarative UI not working

Hi,
I have compiled the `extend-admin-console-ui` example at Keycloak-quickstarts, and I enabled the —feature=declarative-ui when running a dev Keycloak, but I don’t get the tab that was supposed to be added to the Realm settings.
I don’t see the SPI listed on the list of installed SPI’s either.
I’m running 26.2.4 on my dev instance.
Is there anything else I should look for? I see that the declarative-ui is enabled
