view-system role deprecation and Keycloak Terraform Provider

Hey Keycloak Community,

As Björn noticed in one of the Keycloak Terraform Provider issues, the "view-system" role is deprecated and scheduled for removal [2]. With the existing Keycloak Terraform Provider codebase, this may result in upgrade problems for users attaching the Terraform to a custom Realm (like the UDS Platform does for example).

I wanted to draw your attention to this issue and suggest that we should focus on finding a solution for identifying the Keycloak version in the Terraform Provider [3] and then proceed with the removal. Doing it the other way around might be risky.
