Logout error with oidc Identity Provider configured

Hello here,

I just joined the keycloak dev group and it's my first post. 

 I'm facing an error with Keycloak because of an (sad) issue of an oidc IdP... 

After debbuging on keycloak and not being able to make things change on the IdP, I decided to open an issue that had already been reported a few years agos on jira and never been closed (all links on issue below).

The issue is here https://github.com/keycloak/keycloak/issues/17261. 

I would like to have your opinion and if it is ok, I'm motivated to work on it.
