[HELP NEEDED] Migrations in the new store

Hello everyone,

The new store is designed for no-downtime upgradability. This does not mean that the new store removes the need for migrations. it approaches them differently so that they are supported on the fly instead of stop-the-world manner.

In order to support no-downtime upgrades so that non-store developers can leverage this functionality, every migration/change in the stored values currently happening within Keycloak can be a valuable lesson for us and forms the basis for the future developer documentation.

For this reason, we ask you to involve the store team (@keycloak/store) for any PR which requires migration. so we are aware of such changes and can act accordingly.
