Dear colleagues,

I am pleased to announce that this week we (finally) received FCC certification and have launched general commercial availability of our TV White Space System to provide shared spectrum access and administration throughout the United States and territories.

Our development team deserves all the credit: they worked very hard for a very long time to get us to this point. We are also grateful to our many friends and industry partners who provided myriad helpful suggestions and improvements to deliver a higher quality service offering. We recognize that FCC certification is just the beginning and with this important milestone behind us we intend to keep up if not increase our pace of innovation in this field.

The Key Bridge White Space Portal provides a comprehensive suite of rich Internet applications to explore local wireless environments and to better understand unlicensed operation in the Television White Space frequencies, which range from 54 to 698 MHz and are subject to geographic and schedule availability.

To support incumbent services and licensed users the Key Bridge Portal provides an efficient, streamlined and secure work flow to enable registration of wireless services and facilities such as concerts, theatre halls and cable head-ends to receive interference protection.

The Key Bridge White Space Portal is available to the public free of charge in furtherance and compliance with our obligations and responsibilities as an FCC-certified White Space administrator. User accounts and all basic White Space transactions are free of charge.
