It took me a while for new letters to appear when learning Dvorak. I'm at over 230 samples now and only just started getting new letters: http://i.imgur.com/xr1N2Lr.png

Same here, I'm stuck at a letter and it doesn't seems to want to add more.

I'd love to see an indication about what you should do to unlock the letter, that would be some kind of gamification.

But unfortunatly this website doesn't seems to be maintained anymore.

I was stuck at the first 7 letters for a long time and was getting bored and frustrated. Then I noticed that you can manually add letters (all of them if you want). Click "Settings" (at the top were it has "Sign In" "Practice Typing"...). Then make sure you're at "Learning Mode" and "Guided Lessons". There's a line that says "Extend alphabet size" that has a sliding bar after it. The farther to the right you slide the bar, the more letters you add. The farther you slide the "Extend lesson length" bar, the more letter combinations are shown at one time for you to type.

The software will add new letters once you achieve a confidence level of 1 with all your unlocked letters. To hit that, you need a 35 WPM speed and a low error rate.

Total time: 2:03:59, I've just unlocked 'S'. you need a confidence level of 1 and typing speed of 35 wpm to get to next letter. and less errors.

just unlocked 3 more letters(s,a,u) after trying total time of 4.2hours with 269 samples at avg speed 30.1wpm

just keep going it took me about a couple days to get past q but all you need to do is keep gettin points. Im at the part where there is no designated letters and im kinda bored now
