403 assets errors

I have Pro account which i bought just because to eliminate my digital footprint.
But, i can't use the service because I get 403's for some critical assets. Which leads to UX degradation. I should refresh the page after every test just to see metrics. Some icons are missing. Etc.
I definitely believe i have full rights to block https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js which definitely is not required for touch typing site to be fully functional.
If you are advertising Pro account as ad/tracking free, then please hold your promises.
How i can solve this issue, without enabling cloudflare user trackers?
