which Keyboard?

Hi,

I am an ex-proffesional drummer, currently learning keyboards for
semi-pro writting and performing.
I would like to buy a versatile pro-keyboard for £500 or less that
will have piano sounds, some synth capabilities, percussion sounds and
good connectivity/programabilty through a PC.
As it will be used in both recording and performing, it needs to be a
good all-rounder.
I used a Korg M1 once during the nineties - something like that but
updated would be great.
any suggestions?
