I am reaching out to see if districts that use the Gradebook sync from Canvas to Campus has had recent issues issues with it not working. We've followed the
updated guidelines from Canvas on how to sync, by using Assignment groups in Canvas and syncing assignments to categories in Campus.
However, we have not had many successful syncs to Campus, I think only two. We're trying to determine what exactly needs to happen in order for the assignments to pass over. We opened a support ticket with Campus and they said it must be an issue on the Canvas end. In Canvas, it shows that the grade syncs have been completed (successful).
Have you had success with the new changes? Do grades need to be entered in Canvas before the assignments will sync to Campus?
Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
