My current district is not but when I was at Chanhassen/District 112 they were 5 years ago and I believe still are if you get no other responses you may want to reach out there.

District 112 is using both tools, but we currently are not doing anything with auto rostering from Campus to Moodle or any auto course creation.  Everything we setup in Moodle is a manual entry and then we use enrollment keys for students to get into courses or groups within courses if we have a team of teachers sharing a Moodle course.

We are transitioning away from Moodle. Like Jason, we do not auto create classes or roster students with IC / Moodle. Courses are created manually from a template, students join with an enrollment key, and staff reset their rosters at the beginning of each school year. It has served us well since 2007, but we are now finding Google Classroom to be a better fit for our staff and students.
