Dear KIC,

We are thrilled to invite you to submit a session proposal for the Third Annual AI Summit: Leading Learning in the AI Era. Building on the success of our amazing program from last year, this year's summit continues our mission to move from "training to transformation" by focusing on human-centered leadership and ethical AI integration.

📆 Dates: Monday, June 15 and Tuesday, June 16, 2026.
🖊️ Theme: Leading Learning in the AI Era.
🧭 Guiding Principles: Our sessions are rooted in Relationships FirstAdvancing EquityResponsible Innovation, and Continuous Improvement.

We are seeking engaging presenters to lead sessions that align with our core focus areas: Strategizing & Leading, Learning & Assessing, Protecting & Empowering, and Connecting & Innovating. We welcome a variety of session formats, including:

  • Workshops and "Playground" Hands-On sessions.
  • Audience/Group Discussions and Panel Presentations.
  • Demonstrations.

🎯 Target Audience: We encourage proposals tailored for District Leadership, Building Administration, K-12 Educators, Higher Ed, and Professional Industry partners.

Presenter Benefits & Important Notes

  • Registration Reimbursement: If your proposal is selected, we will notify you and reimburse your full two-day registration fee. Please note that reimbursement covers one two-day registration per session.
  • Requirement: Prospective presenters must register for the event in addition to submitting their proposal to be considered.
  • Collaborative Design: If selected, you will receive a shared Google Doc to further refine your session with support from our planning team.
