MDE instructional tech Survey

Has anyone tried to compare MDE Instructional Tech Survey results between last year and this year?  If you have any short cuts- I would love to hear it. I have found it to be incredibly difficult.

I would also be interested in hearing how this has worked for districts.  We are using the MDE survey and customizing our own and thinking of using it as a baseline for Technology Certification for teachers in Minneapolis next year.  Would love to hear how other districts are using this and streaming the process as Jen mentioned.
