Linewize: Anyone using it?... heard of it?

I'm wondering if any MN school districts are using Linewize for Chromebook content filtering and / or classroom monitoring. They claim they are switching lots of schools over to their platform from GoGuardian as they are about 1/3 the cost. I'm a little leary as I have never heard of their product.

Please let me know if you have had any experience with Linewize.
