[ANN] Release 1.3.1 of key-mon

Hi,

I'm happy to announce release version 1.3.1 of key-mon.

_Release Notes_
* Fixed issue 51, -l and -s command lines not working.
* Added --reset command line option to force everything back to defaults.

What is "key-mon"?

Key-mon is useful for teaching since it shows the current status of your
keyboard and mouse and you use them in another application. No longer do you need to say
'Now I'm pressing the Ctrl-D key', your students can just see the keystroke for themselves.
