[ANN] Release 1.4.2 of key-mon

Hi,

I'm happy to announce release version 1.4.2 of key-mon.

_Release Notes_
* Fixed issue 57, options from the command line are sticky which
isn't normal.
* Fixed issue 52 (again), There was an accidental regression in the code.
* Fixed a unit test.

What is "key-mon"?

Key-mon is useful for teaching since it shows the current status of your
keyboard and mouse and you use them in another application. No longer do you need to say
'Now I'm pressing the Ctrl-D key', your students can just see the keystroke for themselves.
