I have declared the second section (Lexing) sufficiently ready to be considered a Proposal. It contains significant subpoints which might be viewed as proposals in their own right, as I discuss.

It is attached, and still no doubt will get frequent updates on my web page. Onward to Grammar!

There are various little essays on particular points which I need to write...

I shall reiterate that both parts of the Grand Proposal so far posted are large texts which require digestion by readers, careful checking, and discussion. I am not expecting
