I am releasing a list of the outstanding proposals before the Keugru with comments on those not yet passed, plus recent proposals that haven't made it onto the List (which I will update) with comments, plus the text

of the first of three parts of my grand proposal embodying the various changes I made in building my provisional grammar.   The first proposal

is about phonology.
