In terms of outstanding proposals, I would very much like to have John's

#7 (no qwx) and my #8 (rationalize names so we dont need multiple

pause phonemes and la Djan, blanu is a sentence) discussed and

hopefully passed.

All the others are worth discussing too -- I encourage votes on easy ones.

The Grand Proposals are of course matter for discussion and I am sure

careful editing and rewriting here and there.  No rapid action is expected.
