The document titled "draft reference grammar" on my page

is at the moment (in intention, mod typos and mental slips) a complete description of the phonetics and  orthography.

I would encourage people to read it and comment; experimentation with my parsers

might help to see what is meant.

*Ideally*, I would like a vote on the question of whether to adopt this as the official description of the phonetics.  But careful reading and no doubt suggestions to improve clarity will surely be needed first.

I am copying this to loglanists as well as la Keugru because all members are welcome to comment!
