Who knows if I can actually write out everything that needs to go in a reference grammar: the idea is to write a full description not containing mysterious PEG notations.
I *have* written what is in intention a complete description of the phonetics and orthography implemented on my PEG parser. This can be read also as a proposal or conglomeration of proposals; it has the advantage that it is written in English (at least I hope so :-)
I submit this for the consideration of the membership and the Keugru; I am interested in hearing about any errors or omissions.
It is written in LaTeX (that being what I write in) which makes it harder to share the source, but if you feel moved to make revised versions and you know how, the source is attached.
