I'm developing a C# Console Application and I need to add a timer that starts when I write "start" and automatically stops when have passed 10 minutes. How can I do this using only the "static void Main()"?

After they add to the cart this product, if they proceed to the checkout before this 10 minutes timer they will see automatically another free product added to their cart and in the order, if they wait or they don't buy they will lose this opportunity and, this free product will be changed with the same product but at 9,99$.

My problem is this, how i can create this timer to works like that? So also if they recharge the page or basically if they change page from product page to checkout page it has to continue to the end and they should see it going to zero. Everything should start from the add to cart event, and if the timer is still running before they confirm the order they will get this product, if not they will see an advise and the product will not be free anymore but it will be changed to another product of like 9,99$.

For the rimer code I've found a lot of versions and they work. My main problem is that this timer should run "inside" the website, and i don't know how to do it. It should start once you add the product to the cart, and then also if you continue to navigate in the website or if you close the browser is still running in your session.

For a project i'm working on for a while i want to have a 10 minutes timer (doesn't have to be exact) that can be reset. I've searching for quite a while now and can not find any reliable timers that can be reset.

I've tried an observer based timer, but was told to remove it because it duplicates items (yes i made a new one, that did this by accident and unthankfully mods didn't let me keep it, even if i build a version that didn't dupe)

based on your requirements I developed a modular 10 minute timer for you (see Picture below). You can start the timer with the button on the green block. If you press the button again after the start, the timer will reset back to 10 minutes. The button on the red block turns the timer off immediately.

The 20-minutes limit applies per job.
You can reach this limit when your dataset is pretty big and/or your NN architecture is complex and needs a lot of epochs to converge properly. Most of the time it happens on Object Detection projects but I also have seen the limits been reach on image classification and audio projects sometimes.

Sometimes, you need longer than an hour... The Time Timer PLUS 120 Minute Timer packs all the features that have made our visual timers the first choice of teachers, students, parents and professionals into a 2 hour timer. Using the Basic (free) Plan, when the meeting reaches 10 minutes left, a little timer appears at the top of the screen saying there's 10 minutes left. But then the 10:00 doesn't count down, it just stays stuck on 10:00.

Thank you for using the timer!

Sometimes, you ask a question and you are lucky enough to get an answer in one or two minutes. I don't understand why I have to wait for 15 minutes before I can accept the answer if it solves my problem. To be honest, the most annoying part about this is having to keep an extra tab open in my browser for 15 minutes until I can accept it.

This is not always true. Now, on a website such as stackoverflow (I'm only posting it on the stackoverflow meta because meta.stackexchange redirects here so I'm assuming it's the "general" meta) there is a good reason for this timer. However, on a website such as superuser, where a lot of problems are of broken things, if people offer a solution that fixes their issue, there's no point in waiting 15 minutes, their problem has been fixed and their question has been answered.

Jeff's reason is enough for the timer setting. You stated that This is not always true. So, you accept that this method is needed in some cases. And you need to know that if the OP accept the first answer means the system will show a green color coding on the number of answers to the post. Then the answerers won't be intend to see the post. who knows the OP can get an alternate/better solution and the OP need some time check the answer is correct or not.

I don't think your argument is very valid... You say what is the point of waiting 15 minutes if the answer posted solves your question. Well why exactly do you need to accept the answer immediately? The StackExchange is about accepting the BEST answer. While someone may provide a solution that solves your problem, there may be someone who comes along who gives not only a more efficient and elegant answer, but also an explanation along with it. Too many times I have seen questions that have accepted answers, and I scroll down I find a far superior answer but it does not get as much attention because of a silly green checkmark.
