The concept of mental workload leads to attentional demands experienced during cognitive tasks. The concept is more challenging than the physical workload. The physical workload can be observed, predictable and more easily measured objectively, but it is not the case with mental workload. Workload analysis is useful in providing information about the demands of the task in accordance with the limitations of workers and to optimize its system. In 2020, Indonesia experienced a pandemic known as the Corona Virus or Covid-19. The government-imposed social distancing rules affect Indonesian society for teaching and learning activities at the university. Governments impose rules on online learning systems. The online learning system provides convenience, but on the other hand, there are adverse impacts for some students, one of which has a mental workload. The study aims to measure and analyze student mental workloads using the Rating Scale Mental Effort (RSME) method. The number of respondents was 111 students. The mental workload measured is a quantitative learning system that is quantitative with the delivery of the material directly (Synchronous) and the delivery of the material using the recorded video in advance (Asynchronous). The indicators of mental work effort are workload, work difficulties, job satisfaction, mental effort, anxiety, and work fatigue. The measurement results show that the RSME value of the workload indicator and the work difficulties between the online learning methods are significantly different. Mental workloads, technical difficulties, work mental ventures, work anxieties and work fatigue when online learning is high enough on the learning system using Synchronous, with a value of 93.27; 94.5; 94.27; and 96.54. However, for job satisfaction, students are more satisfied learning by using video recording than Synchronous, i.e., several 79.61. . This thesis discusses the relationship between the mental workload of employees at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The methodology used is quantitative research using survey method with total sampling, Subjective Workload Assessment (SWAT) technique, and sample method for several employees at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The sampling results show that most teachers perform non-productive activities during working hours that exceed the allowances provided. Physical stress is a more significant factor in the performance of employees in the administration of student payment receipts. Beban kerja yang didapat pekerja di tempat kerja dapat mempengaruhi performa kerja. Salah satu efek turunnya performa kerja yaitu terjadinya stres kerja yang dialami pekerja. Stres kerja dapat terjadi karena adanya faktor beban kerja di tempat kerja, salah satunya yaitu beban kerja mental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis stres kerja akibat beban kerja mental pada pekerja PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional deskriptif, menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebesar 47 orang yang merupakan seluruh pekerja shift pagi pada Unit Circulator Loom PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya. Cara pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah total populasi. Pengumpulan data meliputi penilaian beban kerja mental dengan pengisian kuesioner NASA-TLX, pengisian kuesioner pengukuran stres kerja dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang diadopsi dari International Stress Management Association (ISMA). Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pekerja memiliki beban kerja mental sedang (53,2%) dan mengalami stres kerja kategori sedang (76,6%). Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) antara beban kerja mental dengan stres kerja sebesar 0,186. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat lemah antara beban kerja mental dengan stres kerja pada pekerja PT. Kerta Rajasa Raya. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah beban kerja mental tidak menjadi faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya stres kerja. Sebaiknya perlu dilakukan upaya untuk mengurangi stres kerja yang dialami pekerja dengan cara mengadakan kegiatan olahraga dan rekreasi bersama secara berkala oleh pihak perusahaan serta melakukan rotasi kerja pada pekerja.

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi tentang bagaimana korelasi penerapan kognitif ergonomi yang terdapat di beberapa implementasi antarmuka sebuah perangkat lunak maupun website. Antarmuka tersebut diimplementasikan dengan dukungan kecerdasan buatan sehingga tercipta fitur antarmuka yang cerdas atau Intelligent User Interface (IUI). Semakin cerdas fitur yang dipersembahkan lewat antarmuka, ekspektasi yang diharapkan adalah semakin rendah beban kerja mental yang dirasakan pengguna ketika melakukan pekerjaan. Hasil kajian berupa perbandingan hasil beban mental yang dirasakan pengguna saat melakukan interaksi dengan aplikasi yang sering digunakan sehari-hari untuk perkuliahan berdasarkan program studi yang ditekuni di UAD. Frekuensi kerja dengan aplikasi dan tingkat adaptasi teknologi juga diprediksi akan mempengaruhi beban kerja. Hasil akan divalidasi secara kualitatif dari pengujian user experience secara berkelompok.

This study explores the correlation of cognitive ergonomic applications found in several interface implementations. The interfaces were implemented with the support of artificial intelligence to make it intelligent (Intelligent UI/IUI). The Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) method is a scaling procedure designed for many significant tasks of a person or persons that affect the mental workload and are related to the implementation or performance of various tasks. The method of measuring mental workload using the Subjective Workload Assessment Technique (SWAT) method, which uses 3 categories of workload dimensions, namely time, effort, and psychological dimensions (stress). Di setiap pekerjaan memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab selama pekerjaan itu berlangsung , tugas yang menumpuk maupun tugas yang belum Pada penerapan metode NASA-TLX peneliti melakukan pembagian kuesioner kepada pekerja ,kuesioner dibagi kepada 10 pekerja yang dengan cara samplinghasil yang didapat dari 3 sub-kategori untuk nilai yang lebih ialah terdapat pada bagian stress kerja dengan total skor sebesar 42% .Hasil yang didapatkan pada masing-masing pekerja diketahui hampir sebagian beban kerja mental yang dirasakan tergolong kategori yaitu Rekapitulasi yang didapat dari tabel WWL (Weighted Workload) -Tinggi 6 -Sangat tinggi 4 pada bagian beban kerja fisiologis dengan melakukan pengecekan tekana terdapat 3 orang yang berkategori Hipertensi stage1,untuk beban kerja psikologis pada bagian stress kerja lebih dominan ketimbanng 2 sub-kategori yaitu motivasi kerja dan kinerja,dan hasil dari perhitungan kuesioner NASA-TLX dengan rata-rata tertinggi dengan nilai 84.7.
