Hi there,
Hope all are well and have your raincoats ready for the next couple of weeks.
Just wanted to let you know that I was bicycling by the never got off the ground food cart corner at NE Glisan and 28th yesterday and saw them erecting a chainlink fence around it so…that should decrease the trash and vandalism and might be a sign of forward movement in someone doing something there, fyi.
