Mike was a longtime, very active Kerns board member.  He was a landscape architect (retired)  and lives at 2819 NE Irving (the county shows he still owns the house).  I have not seen him in a number of years.  He stepped down, as I recall, when he had some health issues.  I did find this. https://www.buzzfile.com/business/Michael-Whtmore-Assoc-Ldscp-Ar-503-233-0305 The phone # is probably a land line.
