Thank you for this email Alexander. I'm sorry to hear about these issues.  Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
We can help find resources to address this situation.
I am cc-ing the Kerns Board and the neighborhood Google group.
We will follow up this week about this.

To Whom It May Concern:

As owner of a property on NE Sandy Blvd, The Bindery at 3115 NE Sandy, I would like to ask the opinion of the neighborhood association regarding the mess in and around the old Comcast building on NE Sandy and 31st.

The building has been abandoned for a few years now. In and around property there is a lot of garbage, graffiti and homeless camps. In the last few days we have had two fire incidents. It seems that the situation is getting worse with every passing day. The whole area around the building is becoming very dangerous with multiple incidents of people being attacked.

We are doing everything we can to draw the attention of the city of Portland to this problem. We contacted the police department, filed multiple complaints, called the city bureau of code compliance and etc…

At this point we are running out of ideas of what else to do to resolve this problem. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks

Aleksandar Kirovski
