Odd requests we've been getting

Hi Kerns Board,

As we mentioned at our meeting last night - we've been getting some odd messages about people wanting to join this group.

I believe those are all spammers who want to try to get us to purchase their "air vent" or "chimney" cleaning services. We can ignore them.

I looked into the group settings and I found the setting that I think was the issue.

For "who can contact group owners" it was set to "anyone on the web".

I changed it to 'Group members" - so I think that will fix this issue and we shouldn't get those any more.
