Another reason for funding the DCO's

Our banner installations require yearly proof of $2M of insurance to 

remain on PGE poles.  We already know what happens with Century Link Poles.

Our DCO, SE Uplift provides this insurance.  If DCO's don't get funded,

we lose our insurance and our investment in the banners...multiple 1000's

of $ is wasted...
