Title: Java Engineer
Location: Atlanta, Chicago or San Jose
Duration: 6 months
The Senior Java Software Engineer will develop custom application integrations that will run within an Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS). The Engineer will participate in the design, implementation, and testing of custom integrations between leading SaaS applications such as SFDC and Workday and SAP and Oracle Applications.
Design, Build, Test custom integrations that will execute within a cloud-based integration platform (iPaaS). Be a scrum/kanban team member, helping ensure quality of system components and completing sprints at a regular cadence.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years custom application development on the Java platform
1+ years working with an Enterprise Service Bus and implementing message-based applications
Experience
4+ years custom application development on the Java platform
Core Development, Language and Frameworks
Java: Core Language, JSP, Servlet
Spring Framework: Core, Integration
JavaScript, CSS, HTML
Design Patterns: JEE/GoF/Enterprise Application Integration
OO Analysis and Design
JPA/Hibernate
Data Modeling
Development Tools
Eclipse, Spring Tool Suite
Maven, Nexus
Jenkins
Git (preferred) or SVN
JUnit, Cobertura, JDepend, Sonar, Checkstyle, Findbugs, PMD, JMock, Surefire
MySQL Workbench
Servers
Any leading ESB
Any of Tomcat/tc Server/JBoss/WebSphere
MySQL or other leading RDBMs
Cache such as Memcached
Cloud
Familiarity with one or more iPaaS (Dell Boomi, Mulesoft iON, Cast Iron, Hubspan)
