Job Title   :   Java Developer
Location   :  Philadelphia, PA
Duration   :  6+ months

Job Description:
3 + years Technical expertise combined with drive and communication skills to help establish a Java development practice and an application integration platform for Group IT.
3+ Outstanding expertise in Java Enterprise software development and Enterprise Application Integration using Spring and Spring Integration.
3+ Experience with the JBoss platform and MS SQL Server.
Solid understanding of software development best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration) and different software development methodologies (agile, waterfall).
Analytical thinker and hands-on problem solver who excels at getting new team members up to speed.
Result driven mindset and ability to communicate with people at all management levels.
Experience using Maven and the Atlassian tool suite a plus.
