Brief Role:
ERP SAP HCM Team Lead is responsible for delivering a
support and change service across below mentioned SAP
HCM Modules:
• Personal Administration, Organizational
Management
• Time Management, Payroll
• Employee and Manager self services
• Talent Management (Personal Development,
Enterprise Compensation Management, E-Recruiting)
• Personnel Cost Planning and Simulation
Desired Skills:
• Strong configuration skills in Time/Payroll
Schema, ESS MSS, PD, ECM
• Knowledge on PMS and PCP
• Experience of SAP Solution Manager
• Reviews and edits requirements,
specifications, business processes and recommendations
related to proposed solutions
• Develops functional specifications and system
design specifications for client engagements
• Developing further SAP functionality and
interfaces in key hubs due to business growth and new
service delivery model within SAP HR
• Good analytical skills and ability to think
strategically
• Good written, verbal communication,
presentation and negotiation skills in English
• Perform testing of all information management
functionality developed
• Liaise with service delivery groups to ensure
NFRs, technical requirements and supports are
delivered.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or
university preferably with a major in Management
Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering
and/or HR business
• SAP solution certification in HCM will be a
plus
• 5+ years of experience in performing SAP
configurations and analysis in the area of HCM
• Minimum 3+ End to End SAP Implementation
• Will have a solid functional & technical
knowledge of a SAP HR discipline
• Good understanding of the integration points
across SAP modules
BO ANALYST – BO BUSINESS PLANNING & CONSOLIDATION (BPS)
Brief Role:
Primarily responsible for business process
understanding comprehensively, defining of scope of
the implementation, configuration and monitoring,
training and coordinating, monitoring support life
cycle and providing solutions within SAP Business
object modules (Business Planning & Consolidation)
Desired Skills:
• Project experience in SAP BPC 7.X / SAP BPC
10.0
• Ability to create complex SAP BPC reports and
input schedules
• Experience in building script logic and data
manager packages
• Experience in BW-BPC integration
• Experience in BW/BPC-ABAP
• Administrating change control procedures and
troubleshoot issues
• Knowledge of Planning & Consolidation,
Forecasting, Financial reporting and Analysis
• Knowledge of Business process flow, BPC
security, BADI, Data Manager Package, Work status,
Consolidation Cockpit, IFRS Tool-kit
• Ability to gather requirements and plan
delivery
• Ability to train internal staff of the
advanced SAP BPC methods
Qualifications:
• C.A. / Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in
Finance / Business / Computer Science / MIS
• Preferably major in Finance / Accounts
• At least 2 End-to-End consolidation
implementation with SAP BPC 10.0 and 2 Support
projects
• 4+ years SAP implementation experience
Saudi Nationals applicants with adequate education is
an advantage. Non-Saudis applicants should possess
transferable Iqama.
