clears nasal passage and if mixed with honey or lemon, hot water helps 
in losing weight and gain immunity. Chilled water solidify the oil and 
calories consumed in the meal.
 
How hot water is healthy for body?
 
Having hot water benefits as it rises the body temperature gradually 
which then begins to perspire. Perspiration is a method of cooling the 
body and if you perspire after having hot water, you not only release 
bad toxins from the body but also purify the bloodstream.
 
Hot water cleans the nervous system and also purify the mind and soul. 
Having hot water is good for weight loss. Another hot water benefits is 
it clears the nasal passage and is a natural medicine to provide instant 
relief if you are suffering from cough and cold. Have hot water instead 
of tea or coffee which can de-hydrate the body.
 
When to have hot water to enjoy benefits?
 
Have hot water after every meal and if you don't life to have regularly take it twice or thrice in a week. If you want to lose weight, hot water can be mixed with lemon and can be consumed after every meal especially if you eat oily or fatty food.
 
If you have lukewarm water empty stomach in the morning, it will clear the system and hydrate the body as you lose hydration in sleep.
