Our Client seeks a REGIONAL MANAGER for its office in
beautiful MUSCAT, the capital city of OMAN. The
primary function of the role is to proactively manage
the money exchange business in the Sultanate of Oman.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree graduate.
Minimum of 5 years GCC experience in the money
exchange business.
Demonstrated experience in money exchange operations, business development, cost control, and overall profitability.
Excellent people skills with ability to provide
dynamic leadership andwith a strong drive to achieve
results.
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and
commitment to business mission.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
MBA graduate.
REMUNERATION
OMR 1,500 to 2,000 per month.

JOB PURPOSE
To assess the risks associated with providing loan
facilities to corporate customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Undertake risk analysis of various types of lending
proposals for corporate customers.
Provide statistical information to assist production
of analyses.
Analyse market trends.
Make recommendations to reduce and / or control risk.
Use financial packages and software.
Produce periodic analysis reports.
Protect the bank's assets.
Study government legislation and review legal
documents.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
Bachelor's degree in Finance related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years GCC banking experience with 3
years in corporate risk / review.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, planning.
negotiation, and organisational skills.
Strong financial analysis, cash flow, and projection
abilities.
Ability to identify and eliminate / reduce risk
associated with credit process.
Excellent computer skills.
