This topic is to describe what we do daily to control our KPRF.
This includes washing the face, what we use, how we wash, how often we
wash.
This includes moisturizing or what we use on our faces during the day.
This includes any medication or medicated products we use on our face.
So how do you care for your face in the morning? During the day? At
night?
What works the best for you?
What have you found not to work or irritate your skin?

In the past few years, I've realized that there aren't many products
that don't irritate my facial skin. This is my daily facial skin
regime:

I usually try to only wash my face once, maybe twice a day with a
facewash because it gets irritated really quickly. Lukewarm water
usually works the best and is the least harsh.

In the morning, if I don't take a shower my face gets really irritated
throughout the day. I can't start the day by just washing my face in
the sink with soap and water. So I usually wash with either lukewarm
water in the shower or I use one of two products that are least
irritating. I use Nivea for Men Sensitive Face Wash or Neutrogena's
Sensitive Skin Solutions™ Cleansing Wash for Combination AND
Sensitive Skin. I also have some acne on the other parts of my face
thus the combination. Another recommended and non irritating cleanser
is Cetaphil's Gentle Skin Cleaner.

After showering, I always moisturize. The product that I have found to
be least irritating as of late is Nivea for Men's Sensitive
Moisturizer.

I usually don't do anything to face throughout the day and if anything
I would add more moisturizer to keep it from being dry.

Before I go to bed, I simply wash my face with lukewarm water. I found
that this keeps my face less irritated.

So as of right now I do not use any topical medication on my face.

I just wash my face at night and in the morning with a moisturizing
cleanser. I always make sure to gently pat my face dry, though, and
never to rub it with a towel! I moisturize at night (with nothing
special, though) but do not in the morning because makeup doesn't apply
very evenly over moisturizer. Other than that, nothing special. I am
hoping to find something that works to minimize the redness, though!
