Questions about the performance table on the keras website

I am interested in the performance and inference time of different models, and I found this table with this information on the Keras website: https://keras.io/api/applications/

Does anyone know how exactly these measurements are made. Is there any other documentation of the experiments? Or a scientific paper with this information?
