I have taken some large scan brightfield images that are saved in the .nd2 format. There is a known issue (Bfconvert - nd2 RGB to stack of TIFF grays channels) when importing these images into imageJ which switches the red and blue channels making the images different colours than when looking at them down the scope. Instead of the images having a blue/purple H&E counterstain they are a pinkish red. I have tried to create a macro to switch the order of these channels so the image looks as it does down the scope.
The Split Channels command adds the suffixes (red), (green) and (blue) to the image title. Using the getTitle() macro function and some string concatenation, you can reproduce this when assembling the channel names for Merge Channels:
Now I have problem in import & union multiple excel files with multiple sheets with different schema. I want to design this workflow and post in the Gallery for different users. The users will save all these files in one folder. My Excel file has several sheets but I want to import the following sheets only (in other words I do not want to give any option to user to select any of sheets).
I want to import all these sheets in Macro Workflow at the same time for union after that I do a lot of cleaning (I removed those tools from the attached macro). The problem I am having its only import the 4.2 Clarity upload data tab. Also I am not sure what formula should I put after directory tool. So I need help in fixing the importing of all three files at the same time in Macro Workflow and some formula, if any, after the directory tools. I must mention that I am using the Alteryx version 2018.4. Is there any issue with version? I would appreciate if some one help me in importing and union all the excel files. Than you in advance.
Hello. I'm new to Confluence and I have been using the "Expand" macro. I like it, but the text is blue by default, and I don't know how to change that. If anyone has experience with this macro and knows a work-around, I would appreciate it! Thanks.
If you don't have access - it may be an idea to write it in global settings so that you have similar appearance in your system. Pay attention if you're using a theme it may be impossible to change via CSS.
If you use "Run Macro" action and the macro throws an error (such as the one you posted) It will "hang" blueprism because it'll be waiting for the macro to end, when you click on "end" button the process will be no more on "waiting" status. Similar behaviour is found when the macro displays a popup that require an interaction with inputs or buttons.
in those scenarios, you could write your own code on a code stage in blue prism (If the macro throws an error and a popup is displayed, it will hang, so make sure to use a trycatch to bubble up an exception on blueprism).
The one that I usually use and it is faster an reliable is automate the excel and use the macro, automating as any other platform that normally we do. When the macro is completed, then I use Ms excel vbo to do whatever is needed. Not as fancy as coding but imagine if the code needs to be updated and the guy who wrote that code is no more on the team and none of us knows how to code? it is painfull to even try to understand it.
Try open the excel with "Utility - Environment:Start process" give "EXCEL" as is process input and the filepath on the argument, then use "Utility - Environment:Wait for process window" until is fully displayed. Next, attach to the instance with the object MS Excel VBO and run the macro. I use that approach when the excel is too heavy and Open Workbook cant open the excel if it took more than 60 second if I remember correctly, perhaps this works for you.
Try "Run Macro from Text File" or "Run Macro with Parallel Thread" in new ver of "MS Excel VBO".
You can specify Timeout second, and If you want to try it out, you can also separate the macro from the Excel file and see how it works.

When I first peeked at the recipe that my friend gave to me, what first stood out to me was it was already packed with protein. That is always a good start from a macro-counters perspective! There are major protein sources in this recipe- cooked chicken, ham, milk, and swiss cheese.
The other thing that stood out to me was that there were some major fat sources! HA! From using both white and dark meat chicken to plenty of melty cheese to butter in both the sauce AND the topping, I knew that scaling down the fat was going to be a major goal for this recipe.
Hypnea spp. belongs to Order Gigartinales and Family Cystocloniaceae. The Hypneaceae are relatively small group, represented only by Hypnea and its tiny parasite Hypneocolax. However, though not particularly speciose, these seaweeds occur widely and abundantly across tropical seas. Though they prefer warm waters, some Hypnea species may be found as far north as Massachusetts.
Though it is a red alga (i.e. Rhodophyte), Hypnea pannosa may occur as green, purple, red or blue. However, bluish iridescent varies of the species are especially prized by marine aquarists. Most or all of the blue hypnea available in the trade to date is aquacultured and originates from Micronesia.
Also known as bushy ball red seaweed or tattered sea moss, Hypnea pannosa is sometimes mistaken for purple Ochtodes spp. algae from the Caribbean, which it superficially resembles. This plant-like algae grows in bushy clusters. Its thallus is prostrate and reaches only around 8 centimeters in height. It cylindrical branches terminate in spiney lateral branchlets.
In nature, this beautiful seaweed prefers rocky habitats exposed to moderate wave action. It may be encountered stuck between rocks or seagrass blades in relatively sheltered high subtidal or lower intertidal zones where salinity does not drop significantly. It tends to grow in very dense mats and only loosely attaches to rubbly substrates. It may form dense, loose balls of around 7 centimeters diameter; mats may cover over 20 centimeters diameter.
When attempting to establish attachment to the substrate, it is easiest to tie clumps onto chunks of rubble rock with monofilament line. Otherwise, water flow and the activity of larger animals will constantly dislodge the mass, leaving it tumbling over the corals or stuck to a pump intake. Over time, it will securely anchor to the substrate on its own and the tethers may be cut/removed.
Quick question, does anybody know how I could go about creating two macros on the ETC ION desk that would be used to quickly enable and disable MSC control? I'd like them as macros so I can fire them from the cue list.
Put the ion in macro learn mode (e.g. [LEARN] 1 [ENTER]) and navigate to the setup, enable or disable then exit learn mode ([LEARN]). Once you've got the skeleton of the macro, you can use the editor to clean it up and alter whether it enables or disables. Which ever you record, if you then do [MACRO]1[Copy To] 2 [ENTER] you have two identical copies of the macro, which you can then edit.
I'm sure I recall when I was at the ETC training day the instructor showed us how to write a macro which was controlling a value which was a toggle value when accessed with the mouse but was explicitly turned on or off in the macro. Thing is, it was over a year ago and I can't recall which property it was controlling.
Blue Lantern's "Macro Braids" is a 10HP redesign of Mutable Instruments Braids macro oscillator. This module contains all of the same features and functionality of Emilie Gillet's Braids, in a size that is slightly bigger than the more common takes on uBraids and smaller than Mutable's original design.
The Bluewater Photo +7 Macro Lens is our go to underwater macro lens for macro photography. It produces tack-sharp results and is made from high-quality two-element (achromatic) macro lens made of optical glass. It retains its full magnification underwater. The lens is UV coated and anti-reflective. It has been designed to be low profile and has 67mm threading which is compatible to majority of ports in the market. The lens can also be stacked for super macro photography.
I am a big fan of Macro algae and would really want to setup a large planted marine setup one day. I find macro algae to be worthy of a lot more attention than they get today and that they often are nothing short of stunning. This is the reason I get happy every time I see a new macro algae becomming readily available on the Market. I am very happy to introduce the new Blue Hypnea that ORA recently made available to their retailers. It is a completely stunning algae that can stand its ground against any coral and that diserves to be given a central place in any aquarium rather than just being grown in algae scrubber. It can make a completely breathtaking center piece for any nano tank that has been planned around this blue beauty.
