Start Mavelikara to Coimbatore and Bangalore services

KSRTC is ignoring Mavelikara when it comes to long distance services.
There are lot of students from Mavelikara and surrounding places
studying in Coimbatore and Bangalore. The only train Island express is
always full. Please start buses to coimbatore and bangalore in the
evenings.

Dear George,   KSRTC (Kerala) is not much interested in starting services to various districts of Kerala like Pathananthitta, Erattupetta, Mavelikkere and other places.  The problems with these is the distance covered is above 600 Kms.  2 drivers have to be deployed.  KSRTC (Karnataka) is also facing this problems.  Even today KSRTC (Karnataka) is operating single drivers on routes like Ernakulam (Via) Calicut, Kottayam.  It would be more profitable to KSRTC (Kerala) if they start services to Coimbatore or Salem.  More buses should be operated on routes like Pathanamthitta-Salem, Mavelikkere-Coimbatore, Ernakulam-Salem.  Point to point services should be started by KSRTC (Kerala).  This is more popular in all district and parts of Tamil Nadu. KSRTC should start  Bangalore service via Kottayam/Thrissur/Palakkad/Coimbatore and Alappuzha/Kodungallur/Guruvayoor/Kozhikode/Mysore from Pathanamthitta/Chengannur/Pandalam/Adoor/Mavelikara/Kayamkulam/Haripad/Erattupetta/Changanachery/Karunagapally/Kollam.

For connecting towns in MC road and NH 47 they can choose Changanachery-Alappuzha and Ambalapuzha - Tiruvalla road.
