Regarding : Request New Routes

Sujith,

It is really a good initiative from you to bringing up the new
section "Request New Routes". This will definitely helpful for people
to suggest a profitable route to KSRTC authorities to start a new
service in the proposed route.

Is there any possibility that this requests will get noticed or
reviewed by any officials from KSRTC ? I think if you can make sure
this requests are getting the right treatment, together we can make
this event a more successful one.

Thanks for your mail. Regarding the routes, Kerala (RTC) & Karnataka (RTC) cannot compete with the private travel companies. You know the private buses are speedier and takes less time when compared to State Transport buses. They stop at Coimbatore (Diesel refilling) & Palakkad for driver changes. If private buses take 10 hours to Trichur, then RTC buses taken 12-13 hours. Kerala RTC buses are faster than Karnataka RTC. But the fares of Private buses are costlier. It will be better if Kerala RTC introduces Super fast or Super express buses instead of AC or deluxe buses.

First of all thanks a lot for your efforts.

Anyway if you can meet any of the top KSRTC officials, do make them understand the imporatance of the concrens raised by our friends. Also it will be better if you can build a good wrappo with them so that our compliants will get some kind of consideration.

If you don't mind i will call you one day to discuss how we can make things happen in a better way.
