Needs new service from Vaikom Depot

Vaikom depot needs to be improved by having bis service from all parts
of Kerala. Unluckly Vaikom is situated in between MC Road and NH-47.So
this holy place is less connected from all parts of Kerala. Earlier
there were service from Vaikom to Palakkad, Chittor, Chakkulathukavu,
Cheriazhikkal etc. now the buses are not plying in this route. Even
there was bus from Vaikom to Guruvayoor in the evening time. The
number of FP services are also less. The buses operated FP buses from
Vaikom are as follows
Vaikom-Pamba-EKM-VKM
VKM-KKD-VKM
VKM-TVM-ALP-CTL-Thoppumpady-EKM-VKM (Via alp)
VKM-EKM-KTM-KTR-TVM-VKM (Via KTM)
then as usual 2 or 3 chains in EKM-VKM-KTM Route.
There is one Superfast also operated from Vaikom

GVR-EKM-ALP-TVM
TVM-KTM-VKM
This is the route of SF
Most of the buses from Vaikom are ordinary or LS Ordinary.
Vaikom can be well connected to Sivagiri, MVPA, Munnar by FP and then
to PLKD, Chitoor, GVR, Sulthan Bathery.
Even interstate service can be started to Palani and Madurai as there
are lots of travellers to both these places. These 2 routes can be
operated as Super Express
Lots of students from Vaikom are studying in Coimbatore & Blore. So
there can be a super fasts to both these places. I am sure that there
wont be any loss for KSRTC if they are operating these service from
Vaikom as presently there are no services in this route.
