Happy to state that the work of  Keralakavita is progressing as we were planning. It is likely to go to print this week.
I would like you to know the financial position and take necessary action.

We will need  52500/- for printing.
Payment to Vinayan for DTP is to be added.We need to print the invitations for the release of Keralakavita.
The traveling expense is to be reimbursed to a few invitees.
Thus total amount required is almost one lakh rupees.
We have earlier decided to contribute Rs 5000/- each for the publication.
We have received only Rs.25000/- so far.

I hope you will do it soon so that Keralakavita comes out on the stipulated date at the elegant function we have planned in Ponnani.

SBT - 10000/-
No ad has come from Kendra Sahitya Akademi and HDFC (via Anwar ).
Happy to give more information and clarification if required.

We will have to print the invitation now.
I would appreciate if the team prepare the matter and send to me at the earliest so that I can get it printed here and begin to dispatch.

Thanks, Priyadas. I know I have not myself paid, but can do it any time-now immediately after I go back.Please print only 600 copies.That might reduce the paper cost a bit. Keep the Cd and in case there is demand for more we can reprint.

Try to be at Ponnani too.
