I hope you will do it soon so that Keralakavita comes out on the stipulated date at the elegant function we have planned in Ponnani.
Thanks for the wonderful work the team is doing now.

No ad has come from Kendra Sahitya Akademi and HDFC (via Anwar ).

Dear Priyadas,

I had told you that we may reproduce last year's Sahitya Akademi advt this time too, I had met the Secretary specifically for this. Hope it has been done.

I am sending a cheque or transferring money tomorrow. It is terribly hot here  making any outing difficult.

I am sure our friends will be careful not to waste even a single copy as we have printed only  a limited no of copies.And those who have collected money from subscribers will  also send it to you with the addresses of subscribers so that there are no complaints. 

We can sell copies during the function for say for , Rs 130/copy.

2.Can we get some of the earlier copies for display  at the venue ?

Im sending the brochure and invitation to al the contributers whose mail id is available in my computer. But I dont have the id's of most of those who sent poems directly to Satchi maash by post/email. Vinayan told me that he has handed over the manuscripts that contain addresses/ mob. no./ mail id to Narayan (priyadas's staff).  Priyadas, pls try to contact them by phone or mail to inform the event. And ask them to give their postal and mail Address too for sending copies and for further communication. 
I couldn't send my money this week. But shall do it at the earliest.
