Hey there,

Red Panthers is a Ruby on Rails development shop based in Kochi, we work exclusively in Ruby on Rails and use front-end JS frameworks like Vue.JS, Angular and React. The type of projects can be broadly classified as:

1) Building new products for clients

2) Scaling existing Ruby on Rails application

3) Upgrading Rails versions

4) Implementing and Improving testing culture in teams

We are looking for a senior level Ruby on Rails developer to join our growing team. When we say senior level we mean someone who can take care of himself and few others around him.

Responsibilities:

• This is a 100% remote position
  
• You will need to communicate directly with the client team, and our team
  
• We expect you to write blog articles or contribute to open source when you are not working for our clients
• We expect you to be involved or get involved with the community, as our company does support the community a lot
• You will be mentoring one or two Jr developers
• Testing first should be your motto
• Github is your favorite social media website
• Preference for people who appreciate Good Whisky :D
